Medical Student Performance Evaluation request (formerly Dean's Letter)
Students needing a copy of their Medical Student Performance Evaluation (MSPE) must submit a request in writing or use MSPE Request Form, along with a $10 fee per letter, to the address below:

Transfer Information
Transfers to the UT Health Science Center- School of Medicine are base on availablity and are often rare. Students interested in transferring must meet the following criteria:
Must be 2nd year transferring into 3rd year
Be a current student and in good standing at a US accredited LCME school
Not attending an Oesteopathic school
Must write a letter explaining personal hardship reason for requesting a transfer
No emails

ERAS information
ERAS is a service, provided by the AAMC, that transmits applictions, letters of recommendation, MSPEs, medical school transcripts, USMLE transcripts, COMLEX transcripts, and other supporting credentials from the student and the designated dean's office to program directors using the internet. The Academic Affairs office will email your "electronic token" around mid-July.
